Help getting Actors!

I'm shooting a feature length film on DV this summer, and want to know the best way to find actors for it.

It's going to be really low budget, so we'll be able to feed them etc, but not pay them.

What's the best way to find actors?

a daily e-mail digest for filmmakers where they are constantly asking for low budget actors. Also hire me.

might I recommend PCR - Proffesional Casting Report (or something) It's a newsletter that actors subscribe to that lists most of the major productions currently occuring in the country. It also has sections for shorts ans low budget/student pieces. To advertise is free, they need a short (3 line is best!) synopsis, character breakdown, contact details etc. The address is.... aww, crap.. can't find it.. I have old copies lying around somewhere and I'll try and dig one out..
